Photography over the Years

When I was 13 years old, for Christmas, my father gave me a Kodak Brownie Camera and a B&W film developing kit. With that, I started my love affair with cameras and photography. Over the years, I amassed a lot of photography how to books and a large collection of B&W negatives (there was a brief period of taking slides)

As you can see from my photos, I do a lot of traveling. To me, the one way to freeze a memorable moment or place to take that photo.

Up until 2000, I was still into developing my B&W films and enlarging the photos in my darkroom. With the advent of digital cameras and computer programs to process the photos, I retired my darkroom.

Photography can be madding and exciting. If anything, I learned after a day of taking a lot of photos, if you get one great shot, it was worth it.
